Puff pastry is one of my favorite things in the world. It’s just so versatile. You can keep it in the freezer and make something quick with it when you need to. It works great with savory or sweet and is even good with just a simple dusting of powdered sugar and a cup of coffee. Can you tell I’m obsessed? Just imagine how happy I was when my sister in law taught me how to make this dessert! A friend of hers showed her how to make it awhile back and now she makes it all the time. My husband kept telling me that his family would make Nutella “cream puffs” every time I made normal cream puffs. I don’t think he realized the difference between puff pastry and choux dough. Anyways, these are seriously one of the easiest desserts you can make! And Oh My God, so amazing. I could literally eat the whole tray when they come out of the oven. The Nutella is warm and oozing. The condensed milk protects the Nutella from burning and adds the perfect sweetness to the pastry. Then you have the sweet fresh strawberries on top, and of course the perfect amount of powdered sugar. They are just heavenly! Try them out, I guarantee they’ll be a crowd pleaser! If not, you can have them all to yourself!
Recipe Tips:
These are pretty straightforward to make. Make sure to spray your pan well. I personally ONLY use the Joy Baking Spray. It never fails me. You also need to work quickly with the dough so it doesn’t start to get too soft. Honestly, these taste best fresh from the oven so I wouldn’t bake them till before you want to serve them. What you can do is prepare them by placing the pastry in the cupcake tins and putting the Nutella and condensed milk in it. Then just wrap the trays and place them in the fridge until you want to bake. It’s very important the dough remains chilled or they won’t rise! Bake them, top them off with berries and sugar, and enjoy!

Ingredients
1 Package Puff Pastry Sheets
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Nutella
Fresh Strawberries or Topping of Choice
Powdered Sugar
Instructions
Begin by thawing the puff pastry according to package directions. That usually takes about an hour, so plan ahead. Prepare two muffin tins by spraying with baking spray. Once the dough is thawed out remove the sheets and open them up. Cut each sheet into 9 squares (3 strips vertically, and 3 horizontally).
Place each square into the cupcake tin pressing in so it molds into the tin and looks like a cup.
Fill each pastry with 1 tbsp of Nutella, and 1 tsp of sweetened condensed milk.
Bake according to package directions or until pastry is golden brown. Top with strawberries and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
