Crumbled Tea Biscuits drenched in a creamy rich chocolate sauce and then frozen and sliced. Dessert in 5 minutes. It’s so good, you’ll never let yourself, I mean your freezer, be without it.
2 Sleeves Tea Biscuits (400 g)
1 14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 7.6 oz Can Ishta, or Table Cream, optional
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Fine Coconut, for decoration
Melt the chocolate chips in 30 second in the microwave. Make sure not to burn them.
Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk, ishta, and cocoa powder.
Crumble in the tea biscuits. Mix well.
Place the mixture on parchment paper and form into a log. Roll it tight and then wrap in foil.
Freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from parchment and cover in shredded coconut.
Slice and enjoy!
