The best part of a Arabic Breakfast have to be Manaeesh. They’re a staple for a reason. Make then even easier using frozen dough. No one will ever know!

18 Pieces Rhodes Dough

2/3 cup Zaatar

1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Allow the dough to thaw and rise according to package directions. (This takes a few hours, so plan ahead.)

Flatten each piece of dough onto a sheet pan lined with a silpat or parchment paper. You want to flatten it as you would a mini pizza. Just make sure to make a little edge so the oil doesn’t spill out during baking.

Mix the Zaatar with the olive oil.

Spread a big tbsp of the mixture onto each piece of the flattened dough.

Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!
